Machine Operator / Assembler – Morning Shift Whitmore Lake, MI 48189 $18.00 per hour – Full-Time We are currently hiring motivated and reliable Machine Operators and Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Whitmore Lake, MI. This is a full-time opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidates. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a clean, safety-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities:· Operate and monitor machinery (training provided)· Assemble finished products and perform quality checks· Follow work instructions and safety guidelines at all times· Maintain cleanliness of machines and workspace· Work independently and meet daily production targets· Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members Qualifications:· High school diploma or equivalent· Ability to pass a basic math test· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift Work Schedule:· Monday through Friday, with the possibility of working 12-hour shifts· Overtime may be required as needed Physical Requirements:· Lift, move, and handle parts up to 40 pounds· Stand, bend, kneel, and walk for the duration of the shift This is a great opportunity to join a team-oriented company that values safety, reliability, and long-term growth.
