Manufacturing Associate – Winston Salem, NC ***MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!*** Starting Pay: $16.00/hr + Increases Based on Attendance & Performance We’re hiring reliable and motivated team members to join our manufacturing operation in Winston Salem. If you’re hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Work 12.5-hour shifts, 3–4 days per week (rotating schedule) Operate and monitor production equipment Use RF scanners for inventory tracking Pack, load, and store materials Clean machines and work areas as part of daily housekeeping Operate forklifts and lifting equipment (experience a plus, training provided) What We’re Looking For: Some experience in manufacturing or warehouse work Basic computer skills preferred Able to work day or night shifts (6:45 AM–7:15 PM or 6:45 PM–7:15 AM) Comfortable working around fibers (including fiberglass) in a dusty, noisy environment Must wear steel-toed shoes at all times Important Notes: Two consecutive no-shows or excessive tardiness = dismissal Forklift use is required (training available) Steel-toed shoes are mandatory This is a physically active role in a busy, climate-controlled warehouse INDWar
