Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC lathes for both metallic and non-metallic materials
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings
Install tooling, select proper cutting tools, and verify machine specs
Perform quality checks using gauges, calipers, and micrometers
Troubleshoot issues and make manual adjustments when needed
Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow all safety regulations
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of CNC or machine operation experience
High school diploma or GED
Strong blueprint reading and math skills (shop math, geometry, algebra)
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs occasionally and work on your feet for long periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
