Machine Operators & Material Handlers – $16/hr – All Shifts – Immediate Openings Location: Saline, MI Pay: $16.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Entry Level 12 Hour Shifts Shifts Available:
A Shift: 6:00 AM – 12:15 PM
B Shift: 12:00 PM – 6:15 PM
C Shift: 6:00 PM – 12:15 AM
D Shift: 12:00 AM – 6:15 AM
Start your career with a trusted plastics manufacturing company! We’re hiring Machine Operators and Material Handlers for a well-established plastics extrusion facility in Saline, MI. No experience required — we provide training!What You’ll Do:Machine Operator Duties:
Set up machines and complete startup checklists
Inspect parts to meet quality standards
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
Track production counts and complete basic paperwork
Alert supervisor to any defects or equipment issues
Material Handler Duties:
Move raw materials and finished goods within the facility
Support production with timely delivery of supplies
Organize inventory and assist with stock counts
Keep work areas clean and free of hazards
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Reliable attendance and team player attitude
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
