Job Description

We're hiring Machine Operators for our busy and growing client in Sheboygan County, WI.Training hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 3pmCore hours are Monday - Friday 3pm -11pm OR Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7amStarting pay during training is $18.50/hour. Once moved to core shift there is a $1.50/hour shift differential! Job Duties: 
  • Set-up and operate secondary equipment
  • Produce quality products 
  • Operate forklift 
  • Inspect and package parts 
  • Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency of operations and quality of products 
  • Make cartons, skids, and perform general housekeeping of plant 
  • Maintain equipment
  • Read and interpret drawings, follow routers, use simple math, and use basic hand-held measuring tools
