Setup and Operation: Set up machinery for production runs according to specifications. Operate machines to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, finishing, or assembling materials.
Quality Control: Monitor production processes and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Make adjustments as necessary.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, recording machine performance, production quantities, and any defects or issues encountered.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and quality assurance personnel to ensure efficient production workflows.
Skills and Qualifications:
