Job Description

Summary:
Our client is a manufacturing organization that specializes in specialize in CNC machining, 3D printing, and assembly for the aerospace, defense, and various industrial markets.  They are looking for Machine Operators to work on their 1st (7:00am – 5:30pm) and 2nd  (6:00pm – 4:30pm) shifts.  In this role you would be responsible for operating and maintaining machines to produce quality products.  

Key Responsibilities:
•    Set up and operate CNC machines and 3D printers to produce precision machined parts and assemblies according to specifications
•    Monitor the production process to ensure quality and make adjustments as necessary
•    Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure smooth operations
•    Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
•    Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure production runs meet the required standards
•    Follow established procedures and guidelines to meet production schedules and deadlines

Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining or related field is a plus
•    Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or 3D printer operator in a manufacturing environment
•    Familiarity with CNC programming and reading technical drawings
•    Strong attention to detail and quality control
•    Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly
•    Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a manufacturing setting
