MACHINE OPERATOR, HEAT TREAT INDUCTION – 3rd Shift  Are you an experienced Machine Operator?  Come work for a leading supplier in the field of high-strength fasteners for mobility.  Machine Operators perform all of the basic machinery functions for the familiarization with equipment and the Heat-Treating processes.   Job location is in Lapeer, MI.  Work hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with occasional overtime.  Stating pay $16.00 per hour.  APPLY TODAY WITH QUALIFIED STAFFING LAPEER  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Sacle up skids, SAP
  2. Blue Dye test
  3. Chemical concentration checks
  4. Starting Jobs in Focus, SAP
  5. Loading and unloading the furnaces
  6. Stock pulling 
  7. Tensile testing
  8. Scanning skids
  9. Housekeeping is required ( All Machines ).
  10. Pull Stock for the furnace lines.
  11. Perform Hardness checks, Vicker and Rockwell.
  12. Induction Training
  13. Can assist on all machines in cost center
  14. Changing orders in focus
  15. Furnace purge reversing, troubleshooting
  16. Adding quench oil, understanding of PLC on the furnace lines.
  17. Use of computer systems, Focus,Tensile.
