We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join a leading gear manufacturing facility in the Blue Water Area. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals who value safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This opportunity offers long-term stability, skill development, and the chance to work with advanced manufacturing equipment and automation systems. Key Responsibilities
Operate gear manufacturing machines and automation cells according to standard work instructions
Produce quality parts while meeting required jobs-per-hour (JPH) targets
Inspect parts using gauges, SPC charting, and CMM inspection methods according to control plans
Perform material confirmations in SAP and on part travelers after each operation
Troubleshoot simple equipment faults and reset manual or automated stations
Monitor and maintain chip hoppers to prevent backups and downtime
Balance quality, productivity, safety, and efficiency throughout each shift
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Preferred (but not required)
High School Diploma or GED
Some college coursework or technical training
Experience operating multi-axis machines or automated manufacturing equipment
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with SAP or other manufacturing software systems
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and moving machinery
Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
