Job Description
Machine Operator
Are you good with your hands? Are you looking for work in the Jeffersonville Area? Qualified Staffing is hiring for our client, a specification-driven wood veneer company located in Jeffersonville, IN and we want you!
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday: 7am to 3:30pm, 40 hours a week
- Monday through Friday: 3pm to 12am, 40 hours a week
- Overtime will be offered based on needs
Pay rate:
- $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Inspects veneer sheets for specification conformance
- Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
- Completes necessary production forms
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
Qualifications:
- Must be team-oriented
- Time management skills in order to maintain acceptable production levels
- Utilize basic math and measuring skills daily
- Must be able to lift/and or move up to 20 lbs.
