Qualified Staffing is hiring Night Shift Machine Operators! These are full-time, temp-to-perm positions with a growing manufacturer in Conyers, GA. Are you the person everyone calls when something isn’t working quite right? Do you enjoy keeping an eye on systems, spotting small issues before they become big problems, and making sure production runs smoothly? We’re looking for Machine Operators who are more production monitors and problem-preventers than heavy-lifters. If you have strong mechanical aptitude and prefer a mental challenge over a physically demanding job, this could be a perfect fit. Pay Rate: $17–$19/hour, based on experience Plus shift differential once training is complete! Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM Guaranteed 8 hours of overtime every week Responsibilities:
Oversee automated production equipment and monitor for any irregularities
Perform routine checks to ensure machines are running optimally
Quickly identify issues and escalate to maintenance when needed
Keep accurate records of production data and machine events
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:

Prior experience working with production or manufacturing equipment preferred
