Job Description

Job Title: Light Tester
Summary:The Light Tester will demonstrate the ability to support rotational molding oven operations and work independently. To identify and communicates issues: i.e. "blow holes", "wrong date wheel date", back to the oven Team Leader and Supervisor as needed.

Job Duties:
  • Inspect fuel tanks for "blowholes" and proper weight.
  • Hot stamping date, and spray painting of the molded label and date wheel.
  • Validating date wheel is reflecting current month ad year.
  • Checking part number and sequence number for accuracy.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools to remove flash from the " parting line" - seams.
  • Identifying and reporting any nonconforming product.
