Lab Associate – Microbial Formulation
? Location: RTP, NC (On-site)
? Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8AM–5PM
? Pay: $20–24/hr
? Duration: Long-term (covering medical leave)Join a collaborative and innovative team in our Formulation Department, working on the development and optimization of microbial products. This is a lab-based role ideal for someone with a passion for science and hands-on lab work.Responsibilities:
  • Support research in microbial formulation and product development
  • Perform biological analyses and lab-based testing
  • Work with microorganisms using aseptic techniques
  • Collaborate with scientists and research associates on daily tasks
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
  • Lab experience handling microorganisms preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
  • Flexible and eager to learn new technologies
