ITAR: No sponsorship available
Heavy hands on UKG or ADP experience required
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas
3 to 8 years of payroll or HRIS experience preferred
Accounting knowledge for invoice reconciliation
Position Overview This role will play a critical part in expanding and optimizing the ADP system, which is currently partially implemented. The ideal candidate will help build out full functionality across payroll, recruiting, and employee management. Responsibilities
Lead and support full ADP implementation and optimization
Process payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance
Reconcile monthly benefit invoices across multiple carriers
Convert and analyze data from PDF into Excel reporting
Partner with HR and Finance on payroll related processes
Support long term development of payroll as a standalone function
