Junior Records Examiner - MUST HAVE TOP SECRET CLERANCE

2nd Shift, 4:30pm to 2:30am, Monday to Thursday. $20.67 hr.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receiving Inventory and Indexing information.
Individual may be required to unload trucks and shelve boxes from pallets.
Inventory of the deposited material an entry of request numbers, file numbers and section numbers into a tabular listing in the date received.
Individual may be required to enter inventory data into Document Capture System.
Individual will be doing Document Preparation.
Scan and upload documents.
Prepare documents to be scanned by removing items from page, neatly stacking documents and putting in plastic sleeves.
Review materials for security classification.
Upload electronic files to directories, Share Point sites and prepare material for delivery to the customer.
Load pallets in preparation for shipment.
Audit reviews.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE TOP LEVEL SECURITY CLERANCE
Must be able to lift/carry items up to 50 lbs.
Stand and sit for prolong periods of time.
Must be able to conduct a visual review of documents being prepped/scanned.
Must be able to pay attention to details and be thorough.
