Job Description
Qualified Staffing is currently in search of a Job Site Superintendent for Traffic Maintenance Crew. Crew members will travel each day from Columbus, MS to traffic projects around the state to provide safety materials and signage set up for the construction project according to MDOT guidelines. This is a day shift position working 45-50 hours per week. An occasional overnight stay may be required depending on location.
The Job Site Superintendent will coordinate with MDOT to ensure that the proper materials are delivered to the worksite, read blueprints, assist in the set up and assembly of the materials and signage, as well as supervise the implementation of the plans from start to finish, while ensuring all guidelines are followed.
The pay for this position will start at $25 an hour. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, some supervisory experience, and excellent computer and communication skills. Construction, or similar, experience preferred.
