Job Description
About the position Janitor position at in Sterling Heights involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the workplace. Starting at $16/hr with the hours of 7am-3pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize designated areas(bathrooms, breakrooms, appliances, etc.)
Sanitize handles of doorways, cupboards, and other surfaces as necessary
Comply with environmental programs including recycling, hazardous waste, and air emissions compliance.
Assist utility and maintenance teams when needed.
Outdoor area maintenance as needed
Requirements
Must be able to wear a respirator.
Experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning
Knowledge of preventing communicable diseases preferred.
