Are you interested in starting a career in insurance with on-the-job training?Qualified Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Insurance Office Assistant for a client to float between offices in Macon and Warner Robins, GA.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the insurance industry. An active insurance license is not required- the right candidate can learn on the job and work toward licensing over time.Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PMPay: $14/hourPositions Available: 1 Key Responsibilities:
Assist with front office operations and customer service
Process insurance payments and maintain client information
Gather information for insurance quotes
Answer phones, copy, scan, email, and perform general office duties
Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Float between the Macon and Warner Robins office locations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer and office skills
Professional and dependable attitude
Ability to multitask and work independently
Willingness to learn the insurance industry and become licensed in the future
Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
