Press Operator (1st Shift) Location: New Albany, IN Start Your Day Early and Enjoy Your Evenings OffQualified Staffing is hiring Press Operators for a foam manufacturing facility in New Albany, IN. If you enjoy hands-on work and a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit. Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday – Friday 6:30 AM – 4:30 PMPay: $17 per hour during the temp-to-hire period Why This Shift Works for You: • Evenings free for family, school, or personal time • Consistent full-time schedule • Steady weekday hours • Great opportunity for dependable workers seeking long-term employment What You’ll Do: • Inspect foam products for defects, damage, and compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. • Sort, count, and verify products prior to packaging. • Assemble, label, and package finished foam products according to work instructions and specifications. • Maintain accurate production and inspection records. • Perform rework or trimming of products when necessary. • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. • Assist with material handling and other production-related duties as assigned.
