If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and a keen interest in concrete construction, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
Process sales orders and provide product information and recommendations
Load out materials on customer vehicles
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized warehouse and showroom
Be the "expert" in concrete construction and solve problems in a timely and effective manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations
Contribute to achieving sales targets and company objectives
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or construction-related field is a plus
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 80# bags of concrete patching materials
Knowledge of construction materials and related products is desirable
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
