Inside Sales Coordinator
Location: Cincinnati, OH
 Pay: $40,000 annually (non-commissioned to start)
 Type: Temp-to-Hire 
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service? Are you looking for an opportunity in the Cincinnati area? Qualified Staffing is currently hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator to support a busy sales team within the truck equipment industry—and we want you!
Schedule:Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Summary:The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting outside sales representatives and assisting walk-in customers. This position focuses on coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely communication regarding orders, materials, and deliveries.
Responsibilities:
  •  Build standard and custom quotes for customers and sales team members
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for outside sales support
  • Provide updates on order status, materials, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment• Manage warranty claims and related documentation
  • Assist with promotional sales activity preparation
  •  Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
  •  High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
  •  Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
  •  Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
