Job Description


We are currently seeking a motivated and results driven Industrial Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional service to our customers. 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive communication and outreach
  • Respond to inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers in a timely manner
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotes, proposals, and orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and meet sales targets
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and forecast sales opportunities
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities

Requirements:
  • Proven inside sales experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of industrial products and solutions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information and influence customer decisions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service excellence
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
