Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting abilities and mechanical aptitude. The ideal candidate will have experience working with motor controls, servo hydraulics, extrusion equipment, conveyors, and cutters. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance—focusing not only on repairing down equipment but also on identifying and addressing the root cause of breakdowns to prevent recurrence. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Apply electrical theory to interpret schematics, symbols, and circuitry for accurate repairs.
Work with motor controls, servo hydraulics, extrusion equipment, conveyors, and cutters.
Conduct preventative maintenance and recommend process improvements to reduce future breakdowns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes from raw materials to finished components.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose root causes.
Solid mechanical aptitude; mechatronic experience is a plus.
Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in:
Automotive
Chemical
Dairy
Stamping
Plastic Injection Molding
Ability to work independently and within a team to resolve technical issues.
