Join Our Team as an Industrial Environmental Technician – Blue Water Area, MI Pay Rate: $17.00 per hourSchedule:
Monday – Thursday: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Sunday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (12-hour shift)
Overtime and weekends as needed based on production

Key Responsibilities:
Perform industrial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scraping, and wiping surfaces
Power wash equipment and production areas
Change filters and grates as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards)
Communicate progress with team leads and supervisors
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus
Ability to stand, walk, and work for up to 8–12 hours
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and work in tight spaces
Comfortable working in environments with heat, cold, and exposure to paint/solvent odors
Strong work ethic and reliability
