We are looking for a skilled System Administrator with experience in SAP B1 and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will manage and support SAP B1, WMS, and other technical systems. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network, ERP, Windows11, Windows Server (cloud and on-premises), and various software technical issues with the guidance of consultants.
Coordinate with ERP Vendor for SAP and WMS setup, implementations, and raise ticket to support and Consultants\Developers based on business needs.
Directory Services: Work with Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
Microsoft 365: Setup and support Microsoft 365 applications.
EDI Coordination: Coordinate the setup of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with customers and EDI Vendors
SQL Queries: Create user queries using HANA SQL.
Access Control: Setup physical, Active Directory\Entra ID\MS 365, and ERP(SAP) access control.
Design: Design labels and reports on ERP based on business needs.
Configure Fortinet VPN for end users.
Setup Tempring\AC systems
Warehouse and Production Environment: Ability to work in a cold warehouse environment and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
Device Management: setup and configure Windows Computers, Zebra handheld scanners, Zebra label printers, and office printers.
Coordinate with IT Vendors for network configurations and setup, as well as CCTV, NVR, and physical access control hardware installation
Configure and deploy VoIP phones\landlines.
Qualifications:
Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Proficiency with Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
Experience working with Microsoft 365 applications as an Administrator.
Experience working with Windows Server, Windows 11, setting new Computers, and phones as a System Administrator
Experience with physical access control systems.
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience working with SAP and WMS or any ERP Software
Experience with SQL\HANA SQL\SQL Server
Ability to work independent and provide support to the team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience with Fortigate firewall and Fortinet VPN
IT work experience in any Warehouse, Manufactuing, USDA\FDA compliant facility or similar work environment.
Experience working with Tempering\AC systems.
Understanding of the design and structure of Datamatrix, QR, Barcodes, and GS1 standards.
Familiarity with handheld scanners and label printers.
