Job Description

Summary:Our client is an OEM supplier that specializes in specialize in the design and development of advanced engineering solutions in the areas of automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications.  They are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team.  The person in this role will be responsible for working with the companies staffing partners, maintaining those relationships, assist with internal hiring as well as conduct onboarding for new hires.  Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support to Human Resources dept operations.
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, company events, training, surveys etc.)
  • Monitoring of hourly employee and temporary employee performance and providing recommendations for temp-to-hire decisions
  • Maintaining Attendance policy and following up with Supervisors/Managers to ensure compliance is maintained.
  • Back up for the full cycle recruitment and selection of salaried staff by identifying appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation for hourly employees.
  • Responsible for maintaining documents related to workplace Injuries and incident reporting and follow up.
 Qualifications:
  • Associate degree (preferably in Human Resources Management and/or Labor Relations)
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience MS Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
