The HR Clerical will provide administrative support to the site HR Manager. This includes:
- Calls candidates to schedule interview for current job openings.
- Facilitates pre-employment screening including physicals, drug screens, and background checks.
- Aids with employee onboarding including the creation of employee files for all new hires and contingent staff.
- Assists in documentation of employee performance upon termination.
- Assist employee committee's and events throughout the year.
- Assists the HR Manager with administrative projects to maintain the standards and compliance of the facility.
Ideal candidates will have
* a HR School Diploma/GED
* 3-5 years administrative experience
* working knowledge/experience of the legal requirements of hiring and onboarding candidates
* Excellent listening and problem solving skills
* Highly organized and self-motivated
* Proven ability to multi-task
* strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn
Candidates will be required to submit to a nation wide background screening as well as a 10 panel drug screen.
