Job Description

On Site Human GeneralistHours: 8 AM to 5 PMSalary Range: $64,820+/based on experienceLocation: Westby, WI
Position Summary:
  • HRIS Management: Oversee and maintain the HRIS for the company, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Payroll Processing: Execute payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Manage the recruitment process for non-exempt positions, including posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Employee Development Programs
  • Focus Areas: Prioritize safety, quality, and productivity goals in all HR initiatives to enhance the workplace environment.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR roles or related functions.
  • Strong familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role requiring some flexibility to accommodate employee needs across varied shifts.
