Part Time Remote Recruiter Location: Remote Pay: $30/hourSchedule: Flexible (Approx. 20 – 25 hours/week)Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm Now Hiring Part-Time Talent Acquisition Partners!Qualified Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Partner to support a healthcare/insurance organization. This role manages full-cycle recruiting while ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process. What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer
Partner with hiring managers and leadership on hiring needs
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach
Screen and evaluate candidates for alignment
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Prepare and extend offers
Conduct reference checks and background screenings
Ensure all pre-employment steps are completed
Maintain ATS/HRIS data (ADP or similar)
Track recruiting metrics and provide updates
Communicate with stakeholders including leadership
Prioritize workload within part-time schedule
Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years recruiting experience preferred
Full-cycle recruiting experience
Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
Strong communication skills including C-suite interaction
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple roles independently
Strong sourcing and evaluation skills
Knowledge of employment laws
Self-motivated and remote capable
Healthcare/insurance experience is a plus
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
