On-Site Administrator$19+/hr6:30am-3:30pm M-FMount Pleasant, WI The On-Site Administrator serves as the primary point of contact between the staffing company, its employees, and the client at the assigned worksite. This role is responsible for coordinating workforce operations, supporting temporary employees, ensuring compliance with company and client policies, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the on-site liaison between the client, temporary employees, and internal staffing team
Coordinate daily workforce needs including attendance tracking, shift assignments, and schedule adjustments
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, including paperwork and policy reviews
Monitor employee performance, attendance, and adherence to workplace policies
Address employee concerns, questions, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements
Maintain accurate employee records, timekeeping, and reporting
Assist with recruiting efforts, including interviewing and screening candidates as needed
Communicate regularly with client supervisors regarding staffing levels, performance, and workforce needs
Support payroll processes by verifying hours worked and resolving discrepancies
Conduct site walk-throughs to ensure a safe and productive work environment
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Work Environment:
