Job Description

Qualified Staffing is hiring a full-time, temp to perm, HR Associate for a local manufacturing company in Locust Grove, GA. 
Our client is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated individual to assist in the growth and development of the business.  
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm Pay: $20-$22/hour, based on experience  JOB DUTIES: 
  • Assists with recruitment/selection of personnel 
  • Supervises the intake process for new hires ensuring that all new hires are properly on boarded having received all necessary paperwork
  • Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations 
  • Maintain compliance with background checks and I9s. 
  • Responds to all employee inquiries regarding policies, processes, benefits, and all other employee matters
  • Assists President & Office Manager
  • Maintain daily operations of office 
  • All other duties as assigned.
     
SKILLS REQUIRED: 
  • Must have at least 3+ years of direct Human Resources experience  
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA safety, GA/Fed Reporting
  • Strong knowledge of benefits and policies
