Grind Machine Operator

Ready to start working now? Like to get out early? How about have every weekend off? We have just the client for you. Our client is owned and operated locally. If you enjoy a family like workplace this is just the place for you. Start immediately following onboarding. 

Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:30a - 2:30p & Friday 5:30a - 12p
Location: Sparta
Weekends Off possible overtime available

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Raise after permanent hire.

Temp to Perm

Machine Operator:
  • Operate various machines such as grinders and 
  • Your main duty is to operate the machinery during production cycles. This involves starting and stopping the machines, monitoring the operation, and making any necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • You must perform regular quality checks on the products or materials being produced. This includes inspecting the output for defects, measuring dimensions, and conducting visual or functional tests to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • As a machine operator, you are responsible for routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lupicating, and inspecting the machinery. You should also be able to identify and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that may arise during production, taking appropriate actions to resolve them or notifying maintenance technicians.
  • Accurate record-keeping is essential in this role. You will be required to maintain production logs, equipment performance records, and other relevant documentation. This information helps in tracking production output, identifying trends, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
