Job Description
Are you a driven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Qualified Staffing is currently hiring a General Sales Manager for our client in Warner Robins, Ga. Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5 pm Pay: $100K – 125K/annually **This is a direct hire opportunity Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives & technicians
Set and track sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Collaborate with production and operations teams
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies
Manage CRM system and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales leadership (roofing or construction preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of residential or commercial roofing systems is a plus
Comfortable working in both field and office environments
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
