Job Title: General Laborer – Truck Bedliner PreparationLocation: Wayne, MI Pay Rate: $17.22 per hour Job Type: Full-TimeShift: 4:30PM-2:30AM About the Role We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our production team in Wayne, MI. In this role, you will prepare customer vehicles for spray-on bedliner applications by washing, masking, demasking, and prepping trucks according to detailed work instructions. You’ll work hands-on with tools and materials, ensuring each vehicle is ready for the next stage in the process.Key Responsibilities
Wash, mask, demask, and prep trucks for bedliner application per production guidelines.
Use hand tools, masking aids, and materials like paper, plastic, and tape.
Apply customer logos to trucks as directed.
Keep the masking area stocked with necessary supplies.
Ensure all customer items remain with the correct vehicle throughout production.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous production or manufacturing experience a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 50+ lbs.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
