Job Title: General Laborer Location: Holly Pay: $16.15/hr Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm or 4:00pm - 12:30am Are you able to read a tape measure? Perform manual labor on the production floor, including lifting, moving materials, and operating basic manufacturing equipment.
Assemble metal racks, wire baskets, and other containers according to specifications.
Operate a variety of machinery to assist in product fabrication.
Perform basic MIG welding tasks to join metal components as needed.
Move and organize raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
Assist skilled tradespeople, such as fabricators and welders, with general tasks.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow all company safety protocols.
Requirements:
Ability to read a tape measure
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as part of daily work.
Comfortable standing, bending, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
Willingness to learn new skills and assist where needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Has a steady work history with minimal gaps in employment.
Is reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Has light industrial or manufacturing experience (a plus but not required).
