General Duties and Skills Required:
* Assembly/disassembly of components.* Clean components and ensure quality.* Replace parts, tubing, any components needed for a quality product. * Standing for 8-10 hours continuously.* Manual dexterity is required.* Teamwork is required. * Other duties as assigned.
General Responsibilities: * Excellent attendance is a must! Strict point system in place.* Depending on the level of responsibility assigned to the production operator, the job tasks may vary and can include assembly work or maintaining and replacing machines and equipment. * The ultimate goal of a production operator is to maintain the production process, so work continues in a safe and productive manner. These duties may include staging materials for an assembly line, recording production statistics, monitoring equipment operation or assigning tasks to production staff. * Maintain and follow all work and safety requirements in work area, as well as maintain cooperation with other individuals within the area. * Identify and effectively communicate issues, positive and constructive, that impact the work area. * Confer with supervisor to coordinate activities of department.* Maintain compliance to company policies and practices. * Maintain compliance by ensuring that sensitive and confidential information is not shared. * Supports and creates effective teams, units, and environments by setting a positive example for others to follow.
