Are you or someone you know a detail-oriented, highly organized individual? Qualified Staffing is hiring for a Full-Time Admin Clerk position in Macon, Georgia! Available Positions: 1 Pay rate: $17/HourShift: Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm This Administrative clerk role provides general clerical, administrative, and customer service support in a medical office environment, including data entry, document processing, and clinic-based support tasks. The position also serves as backup support across counties and assists with deposits and insurance reconciliations, with training provided. Key Responsibilities:
Performs general secretarial, clerical, and administrative support duties under direct supervision
Handles data entry and processes documents and records
Operates standard office equipment
Serves as a backup for customer service and administrative support staff across counties, as needed
Trained to provide clinic-based customer service and administrative support
Assists with preparing deposits and completing insurance reconciliations
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
2+ years working in a medical office setting.
Experience with health insurance verification.
Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
Highschool diploma or equivalent
