  • Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information to clients.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for clients and staff.
  • Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.
  • Perform basic filing and organizational tasks to maintain a tidy office environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
 Requirements:
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using basic office equipment and software.
  • Ability to handle a busy front desk while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
