Our client is looking for Warehouse Packing/ Shipping Associate that is detail-oriented, hard-working, reliable, and versatile in general warehouse logistic operations. Must have a minimum of THREE (3) years of recent, consecutive experience working in a warehouse facility and MUST be able to operate a forklift and order picker.

This is NOT your normal Warehouse role - It requires someone with a can-do mentality, great communication and interpersonal skills, and ownership and independent thinking. This role will be responsible for picking orders, staging orders, packing and shipping. This role also ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled, that all equipment is functioning properly and that all safety procedures are followed.

What You’ll Need:
  1. Minimum THREE (3) years of recent experience working in warehouse facility.
  2. MUST be able to operate a standup forklift, order picker AND cherry pickers.
  3. Knowledge of packing methods and techniques.
  4. Experience with RF scanners and WMS.
  5. Ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
  6. Ability to manage your time across many projects at once.
  7. Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  8. Enjoy working in a creative and collaborative environment.
  9. Passion for working hard.
  10. Able to stand the heat.
