Job Description
Qualified Staffing is seeking experienced Forklift Operator (sit-down) to join a reputable client located in Cartersville & Adairsville, GA! These are temp-to-hire positions offering the opportunity for full-time employment with great benefits. Day and night shift available! Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
Operate sit down forklifts to support daily operations.
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently as part of a warehouse team.
Move palletized or crated materials throughout the facility.
Follow inventory-control procedures for stacking, labeling, and storage.
Pick, pack, check, and load/unload products from storage areas and trailers.
Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Conduct equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
Ensure high-quality standards and meet production performance goals.
Accurately complete all required documentation and production records.
Crosstrain in multiple functions and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Forklift Operator Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience required.
Experience with quad forklifts is a plus.
Familiarity with tablets and warehouse management systems required.
OSHA forklift certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
Strong attention to safety, teamwork, productivity and detailed orientation.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to work overtime as required, occasionally based on business needs.

Shift Schedule:
Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6:30 pm
Night shift: 4-day work schedule: three days 12-hours shifts & one 6-hour shift
Competitive pay ($18 – $19/hour) dependent on shift
