Qualified Staffing Qualified Staffing in Cartersville is seeking skilled Raymond Reach Forklift Operators to join a growing warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating Raymond Reach equipment and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Safely operate Raymond Reach forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials
Load and unload trucks while ensuring product integrity
Pick, stage, and prepare orders accurately and on time
Perform routine equipment checks and report issues promptly
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and replenishment
Collaborate with team members to meet daily KPI goals
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Raymond Reach forklift experience
Ability to demonstrate skills to pass forklift test
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented team player
Must be willing to do a background and drug test
