Forklift Operator Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with room for growth? Qualified Staffing is hiring for a Forklift Operator role in Frankfort, KY (40601)! This position offers consistent hours, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to work for a well-established company that values safety, teamwork, and performance.Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday 7:00 am -3:30 pm Overtime as neededPay: $19Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of sophisticated packing and material-handling equipment to meet inbound and outbound schedules.
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently as part of a team.
Accurately pick, pack, check, and move products to and from designated areas within the warehouse and onto trailers.
Stack and organize materials following inventory control and safety guidelines.
Maintain documentation and complete required forms accurately.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts and other machinery.
Report safety, quality, and production concerns to management promptly.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
Follow company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills You'll Need:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year of forklift operating experience (OSHA certification preferred).
RF Scanner and basic computer experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong math and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable assistance.
Work Environment:
Warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and handling of materials.
Drug-free workplace.
