Job Description

Job Title: Bulk OperatorShift: 3 to 4 12-hour shifts, 5 pm-5 am, including every other weekend. $18+/hr
Position SummaryThe Bulk Machine Operator runs packaging machines and supports daily production. This role works with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure products are safe, accurate, and high quality.Key Responsibilities
  • Follow the production schedule and prepare the correct machine for each run.
  • Set up date codes and packaging equipment.
  • Clean and sanitize machines after use.
  • Inspect equipment before and after cleaning.
  • Keep the packaging area clean and organized.
  • Pull and prepare packaging materials for production.
  • Ensure correct packaging (match lids, cups, foils, monitor heat tunnel, refill feeders).
  • Test product pH to confirm it is ready for packaging.
  • Monitor product quality, weights, and seals.
  • Keep accurate production records.
  • Make sure boxes are properly sealed before leaving the area.
  • Complete other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of related work experience.
  • Ability to follow safety rules, SOPs, and GMPs.
  • Dependable, flexible, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or on a team.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
