Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and providing training and support for our equipment both in-house and at customer sites. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, customer-focused, and flexible with travel requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site service, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment
Deliver customer support through field visits, remote assistance, and in-house service
Manage workflow according to schedules and customer needs
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with machinery and equipment
Produce detailed and timely service reports and documentation
Communicate and collaborate effectively with the technical team and across departments
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
Follow all safety procedures, protocols, and company standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machinery Field Service Technician
Proficiency in troubleshooting and programming with Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, or Siemens PLCs
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
Ability to test, repair, and service industrial equipment
Technical degree or certification in a related field preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours a day
Flexibility to work variable shifts and adapt to changing schedules
Ability and willingness to travel, including travel to Canada and Mexico
Must be authorized to work in the USA
