Qualified Staffing is seeking a talented Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing industrial machines, performing start-ups, evaluating and troubleshooting machine issues, as well as providing excellent customer service. You will have the chance to travel domestically and internationally to service, train, and provide technical support to our valued clients. Responsibilities:
• Install, set up, and configure industrial machines at customer sites
• Conduct start-up procedures and ensure proper functionality
• Evaluate and diagnose machine issues, implementing effective solutions
• Interact with customers, providing exceptional technical support and resolving concerns
• Read and interpret hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic/electrical prints
• Adhere to quality, quantity, and safety standards established by the company
• Travel extensively (60-70% of the time) to various locations within the USA and internationally
Qualifications:
• Minimum of an Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or ideally, a technical degree in a relevant field from a four-year college
• Alternatively, a minimum of two to three years of experience in blow molding or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in reading hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic/electrical prints
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (both domestically and internationally)
