Looking for a new opportunity to use your manufacturing skills?  Local Romeo-based company is looking for reliable and dependable employees to join their growing team.  This is a 1st Shift position, Monday through Thursday (4 10-hour shifts), $16.00 per hour, with some voluntary overtime.

Job Overview: The Fiberglass Laborer must be able to read, understand and follow applicable work instructions, safety requirements and Quality Management System Procedures.   The Fiberglass Laborer reports directly to the Cryogenic Equipment Production Manager. Responsibilities and duties: 
  1. Cutting, grinding, sanding, buffing and assembly of fiberglass parts.
  2. Maintain equipment and keep workspace in good condition.
  3. Analyze and report any issues, malfunctions or defective parts.
 Qualifications: 
  • •        Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • •        Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • •        Ability to contribute within a team environment.
  • •        Adaptable to a continuous improvement environment and contributes with ideas.
  • •        Ability to work independently with limited direction.
  • •        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
