POSITION DESCRIPTIONS

TICKET SCANNER / GATE ATTENDANT
  • Greet & welcome every guest to the event.
  • Check ticket (electronic scanner) or credential (visual inspection) to ensure only approved guests may enter the venue or assigned security post.
  • Enhance our guests experience through safety, support, & sensibility.
  • Assist Event Management with the enforcement of gameday policies & procedures, including emergency instructions and facility evacuations if the situation arises.
  • Post Locations: Exterior gates/entry ways, premium entrances, field level gates, and other miscellaneous secure areas.

USHER
  • Greet & welcome every guest to the event.
  • Check the guests ticket as they enter your section and direct them accordingly to their seat location.
  • Enhance our guests experience through safety, support, & sensibility.
  • Assist Event Management with the enforcement of gameday policies & procedures, including emergency instructions and facility evacuations if the situation arises.
  • Post Locations: Inner stadium bowl near portals/walkways/concourses.

GUEST SERVICES
  • Provide information to guests about Bryant-Denny Stadium & the policies in place on gameday.
  • Respectfully resolve guests questions or concerns by utilizing resources provided on post (manuals, maps, FAQ s, etc.) with the goal of making gamedays a great experience for all fans.
  • Enhance our guests experience through safety, support, & sensibility.
  • Assist Event Management with the enforcement of gameday policies & procedures, including emergency instructions and facility evacuations if the situation arises.
  • Post Locations: Exterior gates/walkways, interior concourse areas

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be available for all home football gamedays

2019 Home Schedule
  • OCT 19 - Tennessee
  • OCT 26 - Arkansas
  • NOV 9 - LSU
  • NOV 23 - Western Carolina

Typical hours would range between 3-4 hours prior to kick-off until 2-3 hours following the game, depending on post position
  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours and assist with minor setup & breakdown
  • Strong communication skills with a fan friendly focus.
  • Must be trustworthy to follow policies & procedures to ensure a safe and secure game environment
  • Able to pass pre-employment screening
