Are you passionate about helping others access the resources they need? Qualified Staffing is hiring 2 Eligibility Specialists for our client in Macon, Ga. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $15/hour Open Positions available: 2 ***Please note this is a temporary position - assignment term is 6 months. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client interviews and assess both personal and financial information
Review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness
Determine eligibility for public assistance programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and program-specific regulations
Maintain accurate case files and records
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support client needs
What We’re Looking For:
Associate degree from an accredited college or university OR
High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of related work experience in:
Eligibility determination
Social services
Healthcare access
Administrative casework
Strong background in eligibility verification, income documentation review, or public benefits processing (e.g., Medicaid, SSI, housing programs)
Familiarity with databases such as eClinicalWorks, CAREWare, GAMMIS
