Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Eligibility Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews and investigating applicants and recipients to determine their eligibility for various social programs and agency resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough interviews with applicants and recipients to assess their eligibility for social programs.
  • Determine eligibility based on established criteria and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interviews and investigations.
  • Communicate decisions and next steps to applicants and recipients in a clear and professional manner.

Qualifications:
  • H.S Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong investigative and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
