Responsibilities:
Perform electronic assembly and testing tasks with precision.
Work with tiny parts, utilizing fine motor skills to handle components as small as small beads with tweezers.
Ensure accurate identification of part and lot numbers, up to twenty digits.
Operate a computer to access work instructions, record test data on Excel spreadsheets, respond to emails, and adapt to changing technology and security measures.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
Learn and apply new skills and procedures as needed in a dynamic work environment.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electronic equipment issues when required.
Comply with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheet software.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Prior electronics training, especially in hand soldering, is a plus but not mandatory.
